Flowchart

3D AOI inspection machine loading panel from input conveyor to 3D vision XY table for inspection preparation | LU168

The input conveyor transfers the panel from the upstream machine to the 3D profiler XY table.

Panel positioned on 3D profiler XY table for 3D automated optical inspection in high-precision AOI machine | LU168

The input claw moves the panel into position on the 3D profiler XY table. The 3D profiler XY table then moves the panel through 3D inspection.

Transfer of panel to 2D vision XY table as part of combined 3D vision inspection and AOI process | LU168

The transfer claw moves the panel into position on the 2D vision XY table. The 2D vision XY table then moves the panel through 2D inspection.

Panel moved to output conveyor after 3D AOI inspection and vision inspection process is completed | LU168

The output claw moves the panel to the output conveyor. The output conveyor then transfers the panel to the downstream machine.
