Wafer Input for Test Handlers | BT152

With the BT 152 film frame/wafer input, we offer a solution suitable for a wide range of LED component and semiconductor processes. The handler can be combined with a tray output or our film frame/wafer output module for bin block sorting. In other systems, the input can also be used with an AOI system, packing tested good units into tape and reel. Additionally, the included tester software can map products on the film frame/wafer according to the test results.

Along with the tester hardware, we provide high-speed, high-accuracy test systems tailored to your exact requirements. The system is flexible, future-proof, and its software can map products on the film frame/wafer according to test results. With full network capability, operators can remotely access all production data and machine status, as well as change machine parameters through the network.

Main Turret Station

The VN 200 is our high-speed rotary platform for all test and packaging options. The turret comes with 20 or 24 fingers, depending on the options chosen and the size of the unit. The standard setup with 4 test sites can be altered by opting for a laser marking, vision station, additional output module or optical test site.

In line with our high standards of quality, the VN200 is built to combine high-speed, accuracy, and reliability with low cost of ownership as well as flexibility of design. The VN200 handles semiconductor packages, like SOT, QFN and SOIC.
