Inline Shuttle Conveyor | MHISC

The Inline Shuttle Conveyor will greatly enhance your current conveyor production line with improved flexibility and efficiency. With the application of a MH-ISC, a standard SMEMA based machine with dual lane capability can be inserted into a single lane conveyor production line to increase the line throughput without any customization. In a dual lane conveyor production line, it can also allow you to swap parts between the two lanes. The machine lane spacing can vary from the standard
production conveyor line spacing, and parts can be transferred in either direction.

The MH-ISC system and Loader Unloader machine is compatible with SMEMA (Surface Mount Equipment Manufacturing Association) standards, such as our LU950 Loader and Unloader machine.

Loading Area

The MMS Loader and Unloaders provide part handling, minimizing operator intervention. Fully programmable, they are adaptable to many types of process carriers. It is designed to load parts, substrates or leadframes from magazines into in-line process systems whereas the Unloaders are similarly designed to index the parts, substrates or leadframes out into magazines.

The LU950 is compatible with SMEMA (Surface Mount Equipment Manufacturing Association) standards.
