Flowchart

The user loads sealed pouches into the Double Stacker Input from the top, where the Input Vacuum Pick & Place picks them up and transfers them.

The vision system performs inspection for positioning recognition and decoding.

The SCARA robot performs pick point position correction and picks up the pouch for PTI inspection.

Pouches with good sealing are transferred to the respective Output Stackers (6x), while NG (non-good) pouches are transferred to the Reject Stacker.

Input and Output buffers are used to optimize the inspection process, ensuring both speed and efficiency.
