Introduction

Loading Area

The MMS Loader and Unloaders provide part handling, minimizing operator intervention. Fully programmable, they are adaptable to many types of process carriers. It is designed to load parts, substrates or leadframes from magazines into in-line process systems whereas the Unloaders are similarly designed to index the parts, substrates or leadframes out into magazines.

The LU950 is compatible with SMEMA (Surface Mount Equipment Manufacturing Association) standards.

Same Side Loader

All models can cater to dual-lane material handling.

The Same Side Loader is suitable for loading parts into a process machine and unloading parts from the same process machine. Products can be returned to the same or different empty magazines after processing.

Loader + Unloader

Loader is used for loading parts from magazines into process machine.

Unloader is used for unloading processed parts from process machine into empty magazine.

Products is transferred from loader for process then be unloaded into empty magazine.

Loader + ISC + Unloader

ISC (Inline Shuttle Conveyor) is used to transfer material from a single lane process machine to a dual lane process machine or vice-versa.
