The vTR200 is a high-speed inspection machine capable of 2D (dents, scratches, burrs), 3D, and 6S cosmetic inspections. A flexible output design supports tape and reel, reject tray, or reject bin handling, while also offering NAS system compatibility for expanded image storage.

With the vTR200, the vision inspection process becomes hassle-free. Featuring near full automation, the machine can operate independently for extended periods. Simply load the input tray with the desired parts, and the turret will transfer them across the vision table and into the tape and reel output — all without operator intervention. Only accepted parts are placed onto the tape, while defective parts are automatically diverted to reject bins. Backed by a detailed vision inspection system, the vTR200 delivers hyper-precise, reliable, and accurate inspection results.
