LED Sorter | MB256

The MB256 LED Sorter is the world’s first vertical sorter designed to eliminate mixed devices. Combining high speed, high accuracy, and low cost of ownership at an economical price, it is ideal for most medium-power and low-power top-view LED packages, with short conversion times.

Its unique sorter design prevents unit mixing—an issue common in many other systems—and supports extremely high speeds, even for larger units like 5353. Bins can be assigned either dynamically or statically to sorting categories.

The MB256 is available with a variety of options, including:

128 or 256 bin configurations
Single or dual test sites for electrical and optical testing
Integrated vision check
RFID bin identification
Automatic label printer
