Large-Area LED Test System | LE700

The LE700 is an in-line test machine for large-area LED light engines and luminaires. It analyses single LED components with a combined measurement using an imaging colorimeter and a spectrometer. With its automatic adjustment, unique probing system, and auto-adjusting conveyor system, it is highly flexible and self-reliant to the degree that no operator intervention is necessary for product changes.

An optional pre-heating station significantly lowers the LED stabilization time, and the test itself can be temperature-controlled. The test chamber is sealed against external light, ensuring results are accurate and precise.

The AT100 is a fully auto testing machine for Chip-On-Board. It is capable of running dim test, optical test and electrical test. With variable inputs like magazine or conveyor, the system can be run stand-alone or seamlessly integrated into a production line. A wide range of form factors can be tested by switching the probe cards.

The system processes 100 substrates per hour, depending on the number of LEDs on the substrate and the test time.
