Features

The pick-and-place robotic arm brings the unit for vision inspection (positioning).

After vision inspection, the units are placed at a buffer station before the 3D laser scan

After the 3D laser scan, the process is followed by electrical and optical tests, 2D code reading, and dim testing.

Units that pass the electrical and optical tests are placed onto another turntable with vision inspection for a 6-sided cosmetic check.

Units pass through the laser marking module.

Units that pass the testing and vision inspection are moved to an output socket.
