Optical Test

The AT100 is a fully auto testing machine for Chip-On-Board. It is capable of running dim test, optical test and electrical test. With variable inputs like magazine or conveyor, the system can be run stand-alone or seamlessly integrated into a production line. A wide range of form factors can be tested by switching the probe cards.

The system processes 100 substrates per hour, depending on the number of LEDs on the substrate and the test time.
