AVI Handler Machine | vTT200

The vTT200 AVI Handler Machine is designed with rounded or near-rounded products in mind. Typical AVI machines on the market are only equipped to inspect squared objects, but with 8S vision, rounded vision is not only possible but can be done with clear detail and definition.

Much like the rest of MMS’ catalogue, this machine can run completely unsupervised, with the turret automatically transferring legible output and rejecting illegible parts into trays. The compact machine design also removes the need for shuttles, instead facilitating a compact vision turntable and 3-axis loader/unloader, where products are picked up or placed directly from or to a tray, making it the ideal choice when floor space is a concern.
