Clinching Machine | CM100

The CM 100 offers a flexible pattern layout over a clinch area of 460 mm x 430 mm and a speed of up to 1500 units per hour, depending on the programmed clinch pattern. Clinching with our CM 100 is a reliable and environmentally friendly process, as it is specially designed to replace conventional soldering in various LED end-product assembly processes. LEDs exiting the tube input are checked for polarity and will be orientated according to the recipe before it is clinched onto the heatsink.
