4 Test Stations

6S Vision Inspection Station

A test and vision inspection system integrated into a single machine platform, running simultaneously to ease and minimize handling of products in between test processes, reducing errors and saving floor space. Additional output add-on using tape and reel can be added alongside tray magazine output. This machine is capable of performing 4 different types of test ( Optical, Electrical, Uniformity, Photodiode) and 6sided vision inspections on a wide scope of common market flash lens and photo sensors.

Features

  • 2-in-1 machine with integrated test and vision inspection system

  • Simultaneous testing to improve time efficiency and reduce errors

  • Designed to handle small and sensitive units such as LED flash lenses and photo sensors

  • LED Flash Module Tests: Uniformity, Electrical, Optical, and Photodiode

  • 6S Vision Inspection (top, bottom, front, back, left, and right)

  • Optional output: Tape-and-reel
