Micro Modular System has decades’ worth of experience building machines and modules as a contract manufacturer for customers from around the world. Our strength is that in every stage of a project, from parts procurement to assembly, until the testing stage, it is led by a team of mechanical and control system engineers.
After signing an NDA to safeguard any material you send us, we will assess the drawing package and BOM for costing. Should there be any issue with parts availability or design, our engineers will work closely with you before a quotation is given.
At MMS we provide updates about the project status to all our customers at agreed intervals. After the initial project meeting with all internal stakeholders, we will provide a Gantt chart to you.
Our well-established international procurement network enables us to purchase parts from all over the world. Should a part proved difficult to procure, then our engineers will propose substitutes for your consideration. With our extensive knowledge of the industry, we are also experts in the localisation of designs. We can recommend changes that will not compromise the overall quality of the machine.
Our Quality Assurance team ensures that parts and machines from MMS conforms to all requirements. Our Logistics team, with their extensive experience, can handle worldwide shipping arrangements with ease.
We service machines from Malaysia and have an internationally experienced service team that can help you with the setup of your equipment, if required. With a training period, we will also be able to service machines that we have contract-manufactured for you.

Micro Modular System Sdn. Bhd. is a fully owned affiliate of MMS Ventures Berhad (MMSV). MMSV is a corporation whose shares are traded on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia. As public company we are especially obligated to have sensible management and good governance. Our company is well financed, and we are able to handle large projects over long financing period.
MMS has created an extensive procurement network for commercial and standard parts. This includes accounts with large parts manufacturers and local agents. With multiple alternative sources to acquire essential parts and replacements, there is no concern when it comes to procuring a specific part on time.
Our in-house fabrication is provided by our sister company Micro Carbide Engineering, a maker of high-quality metal parts. They provide us with sophisticated, high-accuracy parts, inspected thoroughly by their QC department. For other fabrication parts, we employ a reliable network of local parts makers. All external parts go through our own QC department and will be checked thoroughly for any flaws or defects before it is put into use.
Our project management provides regular, contemporary status updates for all projects, drawing from our ERP/MRP system and frequent project status update meetings. In these meetings with all departments involved, we discuss not only the scheduling for procurement and assembly, but also all technical questions surfacing in the course of the project. Unresolved questions are then discussed in regular status calls with our customers. That way our customers are always an important part of the project, receiving regular progress updates until we finally deliver the solution they require.
With many years of experience shipping, machines globally, MMS’s logistic department is proficient and well-informed about international shipping and documentation standards and requirements. We are able to advise and arrange shipping deliveries efficiently. We will arrange for support engineers for site installation and troubleshooting if the need arises.
