Responsibilities:

• Machine and module conceptual design, proposal and defining the technical requirements.
• Costing and project planning to meet project budget and schedule.
• Design standardization, selection and sizing of standard components.
• Design for manufacturing (DFM), design for assembly (DFA) and concurrent engineering.
• Prepare detail fabrication parts drawings, assembly drawings and Bill of Material.
• Pneumatic circuit design and prepare pneumatic diagram.
• Prepare checklist for design, assembly and pre-delivery inspection activities.
• Prepare project reports, machine operation manual and other related documents upon completion of project.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to project engineers, assembler and service team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Familiar with Solid works.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Possess hand-on experience in mechanical systems debugging and troubleshooting.
• Experienced in automation design and knowledge in tooling/die set design is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis, design, code, test & debug of PC-Based software system for equipment automation.
• Participate in project planning with various stakeholders in a project team.
• Work closely with other engineering groups to evaluate and implement interfacing modules that will allow the integration of hardware components into the software system.
• Provide customer support towards resolving software bugs or developing new software features within the feasibility of design, time & budget.
• Responsible for internal software platform development & improvement.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possesses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• A high degree of proficiency in C#.Net and Visual Studio.
• Knowledge on Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), C++.Net, MS SQL Server, Model View View Model (MVVM) & Managed Extensibility Framework (MEF) will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with similar software development experience in the field of equipment automation will be an added advantage.
• Proactive, creative, fast learner and have good time management.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer requirement studies, design and develop new machine vision inspection systems.
• Design requirements includes - establish optical designs, lighting designs, generate system layouts, sequence of operations and review cycle time for vision inspection.
• Generate design packages, design logic, camera logic and inspection algorithms.
• Generate and document vision feasibility studies both in the lab and in the field.
• Investigate new approaches to vision related problems.
• Assisting in vision system installation and software debugging.
• Generate quality detectability and GR&R report.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.

Qualifications:

• B.S in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic, Optical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent degree plus any relevant internship
• Knowledge on Computer Vision
• Knowledge on C#, C++ or Python programming
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.

• To check all fabricated parts.
• To feedback to design engineer and production if the fabricated part is out of dimension.
• To check all the calibrated equipment before use to ensure accuracy of checking.
• To record all inspections for future reference.
• To liaise with sub-contractor for job clarification.

• SPM/STPM
• Good communication skills
• Tactful
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Experience in reading Technical Drawing and using  of measurement tools is an added advantage.
