For the degassing and curing of heat-curable silicon-phosphor mixes dispensed into LED component cavity the MMS provides the MOL 42 platform. The machine removes gas entrapped during the dispensing process and immediately cures the dispensed material. The design allows full control over product quality with the help of user-programmable profiles of degassing parameters, curing-and cooling-temperatures.
Since the process cycle length can hardly be adjusted, these two processes are designed in multiple stages each, in order to maximise throughput of the machine and therefore higher- and lower-ranking process steps. The number of process chambers is adaptable to the optimum output numbers required.
Our SMEMA-compliant conveyor belt, linking the dispensing directly to the degassing and curing is the best input option. Cured units can be processed directly in lower-order process machines, like the AT 100 test machine or stored in a magazine for later processes. Please ask us about our magazine handlers and buffers!
Available options include a camera for operator control of the degassing success, a board ID reader, or a laser marking module in the end. Many more options are available. An UV-curing station can be added. Please enquire about a design concept.
